Le Cabinet EMMAC Corporation recrute pour une société spécialisée dans le secourisme, un(e) Co-Gérant(e) en CDD à temps plein, basé à Cotonou (Bénin). Le poste est en télétravail complet.

Assurer la gestion stratégique et opérationnelle de la société BENIN SECOURS. À ce titre, vous serez chargé(e) de :
- Définir la stratégie de développement
- Superviser les opérations de secours et de transport médical
- Développer les partenariats (Protection civile, ONG, entreprises, etc.)
- Assurer la conformité réglementaire (agréments, assurances)
- Piloter les finances et la rentabilité
- Encadrer l’ensemble du personnel

Bac+4/5 en gestion, santé ou administration. Expérience de 2 à 5 ans en management ou dans le secteur médical/sécuritaire. Leadership, organisation, prise de décision. Atouts : leadership naturel, capacité à décider rapidement, vision stratégique, sens du développement, forte capacité d’organisation, résistance au stress, esprit d’initiative, autonomie, sens des responsabilités.
