• Résider dans la région et être immédiatement disponible, diplôme niveau terminal minimum, véhicule personnel nécessaire, excellente moralité, dynamisme, aisance oratoire et aptitude à travailler sous pression, maîtrise du français et d'une langue locale (Goun/Fon/Yorouba/Nago).
