** En tant que membre de l'équipe de direction senior (SMT) dans l'un des pays hub, le/la Head of Operations assure le leadership et la coordination des fonctions opérationnelles : Finances, Ressources Humaines (RH), Gestion de la Chaîne d'Approvisionnement (SCM), Administration, Technologies de l'Information et de la Communication, Sécurité et Audit. Ce poste soutient la mission de CRS auprès des populations pauvres et vulnérables, en favorisant une gestion responsable des ressources, une conformité rigoureuse, une gestion proactive des risques et de la fraude, ainsi que l'amélioration continue des opérations, y compris sous l'angle de l'action climatique. Le/la titulaire gère également les risques de sécurité de manière proactive.

Formation : Licence en Développement International, Administration des Affaires, Finances ou domaine connexe, ou expérience équivalente. Master souhaité.
Expérience : Minimum 5 ans d'expérience professionnelle dans un poste de management avec responsabilités croissantes, dont au moins 2 ans en gestion. Expérience en ONG internationale et hors pays d'origine appréciée.
Compétences techniques : Solide compréhension des systèmes financiers (budgétisation, analyse dépenses). Connaissance des achats et de l'administration. Maîtrise d'Oracle ERP ou logiciel similaire. Connaissance des réglementations des bailleurs de fonds publics, notamment ceux de CRS.
Compétences relationnelles et managériales : Excellentes communication écrite et orale (Outlook, Teams). Capacité à travailler en environnement distant. Représentation à haut niveau. Management d'équipe favorisant l'apprentissage. Esprit stratégique, analytique et orienté solutions. Leadership et travail collaboratif.
Langues : Anglais et Français courants (obligatoire).
Déplacements : Disponibilité à voyager jusqu'à 50% du temps en RDC et ROC.
Encadrement : Oui (poste avec responsabilités hiérarchiques).
