Ce que ce poste implique
Vous coordonnerez l'ensemble du soutien logistique, administratif et financier d’une mission de maintien de la paix de l’ONU en RDC, un environnement complexe et instable. Au quotidien, vous supervisez des équipes pluridisciplinaires (ressources humaines, achats, génie civil, transports) pour garantir le déploiement des opérations sur le terrain. Votre rôle est stratégique : anticiper les crises, optimiser les ressources dans un contexte de budget contraint et assurer la sécurité des personnels.
Compétences clés à mettre en avant
- Expérience avérée en gestion de projets logistiques dans des zones de conflit ou post-conflit (au moins 10 ans).
- Maîtrise des procédures ONU (règlement financier, chaîne d’approvisionnement, gestion des stocks).
- Leadership interculturel : capacité à manager des équipes de 50+ personnes venant de 15 nationalités.
- Aisance en français et anglais opérationnel (négociation, reporting).
