Ce que ce poste implique
En tant que Programme Associate G-6 à Kinshasa, tu seras le pivot opérationnel entre les équipes terrain et les décideurs. Ta mission quotidienne consistera à coordonner le suivi budgétaire et logistique des programmes d’éducation, santé ou protection de l’enfant, tout en veillant à la conformité avec les procédures UNICEF. Tu géreras les rapports d’avancement, les achats de fournitures critiques et les plannings de missions dans un contexte de forte urgence humanitaire en RDC.
Compétences clés à mettre en avant
Maîtrise des outils de gestion de projet (SAP ou ERP similaire) et des tableaux de bord financiers. Une expérience prouvée en coordination de partenaires locaux (ONG, ministères) et en gestion de documents administratifs complexes (contrats, rapports narratifs). La connaissance des cycles de programmation des Nations Unies (PBR, CPD) est un atout décisif.
