A day in the life of a Bilingual Collections Representative:

Demonstrate compassion and empathy for our customers by understanding their situations, needs, and offering solutions. Perform outbound calls to collect on overdue accounts by negotiating appropriate repayment plans with customers. Support operations by managing customer accounts and collection activities on delinquent/past due accounts of financial loans. Expertly engage in negotiations with customers and explore financial resources to secure the optimal arrangement. Complete initial trace work using online tools and account systems. Document collections activities and processes through superior administration skills.

What We Are Looking For

Fully Bilingual in English and French Minimum 1-2 years of experience in a collections, sales, or customer service or call center/
