Content Creator / Social Media Manager

DiDreams is hiring a Content Creator / Social Media Manager in Douala.

You'll work inside a brand strategy agency that serves clients across multiple countries and partners with international institutions.

What the job looks like every day:

→ Design graphics, carousels, and branded content using, professional editing platforms (Canva, Adobe Suite, Figma, or equivalent)

→ Shoot and edit short videos, reels, and branded content using both phone and professional camera

→ Write captions in English and French that stop the scroll

→ Schedule and manage content across all social media platforms

→ Track performance and engage with online communities

Requirements:

→ Based in Douala

→ Bilingual English/French, written fluency in both

→ Mastery of Canva and at least one professional design or editing tool

→ Can shoot, light, and edit video content with phone and camera

→ Can write, not just design. If you can't caption, don't apply

→ Reliable, this is the number one requirement
