We are recruiting to fill the position below: Job Title: Captain, Relations Office Location: Utako, Abuja (FCT) Employment Type: Full-time Key Responsibilities Monitoring and cubbing illegal activities during and after loading Captains’ welfare at terminal level Progressive discipline Support investigations and reports Constant communication with captains at terminal level Reinforce captain’s performance expectations at terminal level Support tracking and attendance of captains Regional terminal visitation and supervision of captains Coordinate captain fitness test including substance (alcohol and drug) test Monitor vehicle aesthetics (look and feel) captains resumption.
