In – Country Coordinator

The In-Country Coordinator will support the Forest and Climate Leaders' Partnership (FCLP) by providing strategic, technical, and coordination assistance to enhance national engagement in climate and forest initiatives. This role involves strengthening coordination among national stakeholders, facilitating alignment between national priorities and FCLP activities, and supporting access to finance and partnerships. The coordinator will work closely with government officials and the FCLP Secretariat to ensure effective implementation of country-level priorities related to forests, climate, and biodiversity. The position requires a strong background in project management and stakeholder engagement. First-level university degree in relevant field At least 7 years of relevant experience Demonstrated experience with government institutions Experience in project coordination in climate or sustainable development Strong facilitation and dialogue skills Fluent in English
