The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing inventory records, ensuring accurate stock control, and supporting the finance and procurement functions. Min Qualification: Degree Experience Level: Entry level Experience Length: 2 years Job descriptions & requirements Key Responsibilities Maintain accurate records of stock movement and inventory levels. Monitor stock inflow and outflow to ensure proper documentation. Perform periodic stock counts and reconcile discrepancies. Prepare inventory and stock reports for management. Work closely with the finance and procurement teams to ensure proper stock management. Use accounting and inventory systems to record transactions. Ensure proper storage and organization of stock. Qualifications & Requirements Minimum of 2 years’ experience in Accounting or Finance. A First Degree in Procurement, Accounting, Finance, or a related field. Partially or fully qualified professional accountant (ICA or ACCA) is an added advantage. Must reside in Achimota or nearby areas. Age not more than 28 years. Must have working knowledge of Tally software. Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other Microsoft Office applications. Ability to work 6 days per week. Strong attention to detail, organizational, and analytical skills.
