Dans le cadre de ses activités, l’ONG Alerte Santé recherche un Responsable MEAL (Monitoring, Evaluation, Accountability and Learning) basé à N’Djamena. Le/la candidat(e) retenu(e) sera chargé(e) de concevoir et mettre en œuvre le système de suivi et évaluation des projets, d’assurer la redevabilité envers les bénéficiaires et les partenaires, et de contribuer à l’apprentissage organisationnel.

Expérience avérée dans le domaine du suivi et évaluation de projets de développement ou humanitaires. Maîtrise des outils de collecte et d’analyse de données. Capacité à produire des rapports de qualité. Bonne connaissance du contexte tchadien.
