Hope Luxury Hotel is redefining elegance. As we prepare for our Grand Opening on 19 December 2026, we are accelerating the launch of our exclusive Swimming Pool, Fine Dining Restaurant, and Event Spaces on 24 April 2026.

We are looking for a dynamic, visionary Event Manager to lead our team and craft unforgettable experiences from day one.

🏆 Your Mission

As the heart of our pre-opening phase, you will:

Lead & Train: Build and mentor the service team to meet international luxury standards.
Coordinate: Ensure seamless synergy between departments for flawless service delivery.
Strategize: Collaborate with the Marketing Team to launch high-impact promotions for our pool and event venues.
Engage: Manage online reservations, communicate with prestigious guests, and turn feedback into excellence.
Report: Act as the vital link between ground operations and Top Management.
💎 Profile Required
Language: Native-level fluency in French and English (Required).
Digital Savvy: Complete comfort with digital management tools is a must.
Experience: Proven management experience (Luxury Hospitality background preferred).
Education: A degree in Hotel Management is a significant advantage.
Bonus: A flair for Content Creation to showcase our stunning venues on social media.
📋 Terms of Engagement
Probation Period: 3 months (Remunerated at 50,000 FCFA/month).
Evolution: Successful completion leads directly to a Permanent Contract (CDI) with a competitive luxury-tier salary package.
