Le PNUD Centrafrique recrute un(e) consultant(e) national(e) pour l'élaboration de sa Stratégie Jeunesse. Cette mission vise à définir une feuille de route stratégique pour l'engagement et l'autonomisation des jeunes en République Centrafricaine.
Missions
Le/la consultant(e) sera chargé(e) d'élaborer la Stratégie Jeunesse du Bureau PNUD Centrafrique, en concertation avec les parties prenantes nationales et les jeunes. Les détails spécifiques des livrables seront précisés dans les termes de référence.
Le/la consultant(e) doit être un(e) expert(e) national(e) justifiant d'une expérience avérée en élaboration de stratégies, en particulier dans le domaine de la jeunesse, du développement ou des projets en Afrique centrale. Une maîtrise du français est indispensable. Des compétences en planification stratégique, gestion de projet, communication et consultation sont requises.
