PRIME Caseworker

The PRIME Caseworker at the International Rescue Committee (IRC) will provide strengths-based, client-centered case management for vulnerable clients under the PRIME program. This role involves assisting clients in navigating healthcare systems and developing service plans to meet their healthcare needs. The caseworker will work closely with clients, colleagues, and external parties to promote self-sufficiency and empowerment. The position requires collaboration, outreach, and maintaining accurate documentation throughout the client’s service period. Relevant degree or equivalent experience in health access or social work Lived experience as a refugee or immigrant preferred 3-5 years of case management experience Strong relationship building and networking skills Effective communication in a multi-cultural environment Self-starter with problem-solving skills Attention to detail and accuracy Professional proficiency in English; Dari/Pashto preferred Proficient in Microsoft Office applications Driver’s license and reliable transportation Ability to work remotely Commitment to anti-racism and ongoing learning
