The Programme Analyst at UNFPA will analyze and assess political, social, and economic trends to support project formulation and evaluation in the area of adolescent sexual and reproductive health. This role involves ensuring coherence with national and international frameworks, guiding program delivery, and monitoring results. The analyst will also engage in policy dialogue, manage program budgets, and facilitate resource mobilization efforts. The position requires collaboration with government and NGO partners to enhance the effectiveness of UNFPA activities in reducing maternal mortality and promoting gender equality. Master’s degree in public health or related field 5 years of professional experience in program/project management Experience with government institutions and NGOs Fluency in English; second UN language is an asset Familiarity with adolescent sexual and reproductive health issues
