8-UG RISK AND COMPLIANCE ADVISOR

The Risk and Compliance Advisor will support the SUSTAINED and THEA programs in Kampala, Uganda, focusing on risk management and compliance within the Facility. This role involves designing and implementing risk management systems, ensuring adherence to compliance requirements, and providing strategic guidance to mitigate risks. The Advisor will lead the Risk and Compliance function, manage credit risk, and oversee transaction support while collaborating with various teams. The position requires strong analytical and communication skills, along with a solid understanding of risk management in development finance.
