We are looking for a creative, bold, and highly driven Digital Storyteller to shape how our brand is seen, heard, and experienced. This is not a routine content role. You will capture real moments, transform them into powerful stories, and create content that attracts attention, builds trust, and drives engagement across digital platforms. If you can turn everyday activities into compelling visual and written stories, this role is for you. Your Role. You will document and communicate our activities across the farm, field operations, and office, creating engaging content that connects with our audience and drives growth. Key Responsibilities. Create engaging blog articles, stories, and written content. Capture and produce high-quality photos and short videos. Document real-time activities across farm, field, and office locations. Develop creative content for social media platforms. Edit and package content for maximum engagement and reach. Maintain a consistent content calendar and publishing schedule. Work closely with teams to identify stories worth telling. Who We Are Looking For. Strong writing and storytelling ability. Skilled in photography and video creation using a phone or camera. Basic video editing and content design skills. Creative thinker with attention to detail. Ability to work independently and meet deadlines. Comfortable moving between locations (field, farm, office).
