Contexte : Sama Mbey SUARL est une entreprise sociale évoluant dans le domaine agricole, intervenant dans de nombreuses régions du Sénégal. Notre mission est d’améliorer les conditions de vie des petits producteurs en milieu rural et de les aider à sortir de la pauvreté. Grâce à notre outil de financement, les petits agriculteurs peuvent payer progressivement leurs intrants. Notre vision est de travailler avec 1 million de petits producteurs d’ici 2025. Par ailleurs, nous menons des actions de sensibilisation en nutrition, santé et hygiène.
Missions : En tant qu’Agent Formateur(trice) VE, vous serez chargé(e) de former et d’accompagner les producteurs dans l’utilisation de nos outils et bonnes pratiques agricoles.
