Le Programme Alimentaire Mondial (WFP) recrute un(e) Adjoint(e) de gestion pour son bureau de Kinshasa, en République Démocratique du Congo.

** : Sous la supervision du responsable administratif, vous contribuerez à la gestion administrative et financière des opérations, en assurant le suivi des budgets, la préparation des rapports et la coordination logistique.

  • Assister dans la préparation et le suivi des budgets et des plans de travail.
  • Participer à la gestion des ressources humaines et matérielles.
  • Assurer la liaison avec les partenaires et les fournisseurs.
  • Contribuer à l'élaboration des rapports périodiques.**

  • Diplôme universitaire en gestion, administration, finance ou domaine connexe.
  • Expérience professionnelle d'au moins 2 ans dans un poste similaire.
  • Maîtrise du français et de l'anglais (écrit et oral).
  • Compétences en informatique (suite Office, logiciels de gestion).
  • Capacité à travailler en équipe et sous pression.
