FHI 360 recrute un(e) Chargé(e) Principal(e) des Achats pour son bureau de Ouagadougou, au Burkina Faso. Le/la titulaire du poste sera responsable de la gestion des activités d'approvisionnement et d'achats, en veillant au respect des procédures et des délais.

Le/la Chargé(e) Principal(e) des Achats aura pour missions :

  • Planifier, coordonner et superviser les processus d'achats de biens et services.
  • Assurer la conformité des achats avec les politiques de l'organisation et les réglementations locales.
  • Gérer les relations avec les fournisseurs et négocier les contrats.
  • Suivre les commandes, les livraisons et les paiements.
  • Préparer des rapports d'activité et d'analyse des dépenses.**

  • Diplôme universitaire en gestion, logistique, achats ou domaine connexe.
  • Expérience professionnelle d'au moins 5 ans dans un poste similaire, de préférence dans le secteur humanitaire ou du développement.
  • Maîtrise des procédures d'achats et des outils de gestion.
  • Excellentes compétences en négociation et en communication.
  • Capacité à travailler sous pression et en équipe.
  • Maîtrise du français et de l'anglais.
