Job Description

The International Rescue Committee (IRC) is seeking a part-time Safety, Health & Education Grants/Administrative Coordinator to support the administrative and operational needs of the department. This role involves ensuring efficiency, compliance, and financial sustainability through coordination, tracking, and reporting activities. Key responsibilities include providing administrative support, assisting in quality assurance and program monitoring, managing financial and budget tasks, and supporting grant writing and funding efforts. The ideal candidate will have a background in public health, business administration, or a related field, along with strong organizational skills. Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in relevant field 2+ years of administrative or program support experience Strong organizational and time management skills Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite Experience with data tracking and reporting
