JOB SUMMARY Qualification & ExperienceBachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Economics, Data Science, or related disciplines.A Master’s degree or relevant professional certifications is highly preferred.Minimum of 5 years of relevant experience RESPONSIBILITIES Translate strategy into product roadmaps and delivery phases.Develop Business Requirement Documents (BRDs) for platforms and products.Document business objectives, requirements, and success criteria.Ensure alignment with commercial, operational, and regulatory requirements.Translate customer journeys into features, workflows, and product design.Embed customer experience in platform and product design.Act as interface between business, tech teams, and vendors.
