Requirements: Diploma or Degree in Business Administration, Management, Commerce, Marketing, Operations or related field preferred
Minimum 3–5 years’ experience in an office administrator, executive assistant, office management, project coordination or business support role. Experience supporting senior management or executives. Exposure to analytical reporting and project coordination activities
Desirable Additional Education, Work Experience And Personal Qualities Advanced computer literacy, particularly Microsoft Excel, Word, PowerPoint and Outlook . Experience with ERP systems, reporting tools or business intelligence platforms advantageous. Strong analytical and numerical ability.
Excellent organisational and multitasking skills. Strong written and verbal communication skills. High attention to detail and accuracy. Ability to handle confidential information professionally.
