Department: Sales & Business Development Reporting To: National Sales Manager / Head of Sales Executive Summary We are seeking a high-caliber Regional Sales Manager with deep expertise in the Nigerian consumer durable and electronics market . This role is critical for driving the distribution and market share of our home appliance portfolio, including mixer grinders, toasters, sandwich makers, ceiling fans , electric kettles etc. You will be responsible for navigating the complex Nigerian retail landscape, from established Modern Trade chains to the vibrant General Trade/Open Markets. Responsibilities Revenue & Market Expansion: Design and execute regional sales strategies to achieve aggressive monthly volume and value targets. Channel Management: Strengthen and lead a robust dealer and distributor network across key Nigerian territories like Lagos (West), Abuja (North Central), and Port Harcourt (East). Market Intelligence: Provide fortnightly reports on competitor pricing, local currency impacts on purchasing power, and emerging consumer shifts toward affordable, durable appliances. Inventory & Stock Management: Implement a rigorous tracking system for stock availability at dealer levels to ensure constant re-filling and zero stock-outs. Visibility & Activation: Coordinate live product demonstrations and trade marketing activities in major markets to showcase product performance to end-consumers. Regulatory & Relationship Management: Manage government-related operational issues and build long-term trust with major market stakeholders.

Formation / Diplômes

Education: Graduation, Business Administration, or a related field (MBA is a distinct advantage).

Expérience

Experience: 10 years of proven track record in Consumer Electronics or Home Appliances within Nigeria. Market Knowledge: Mandatory experience in managing Nigerian distribution networks,

Negotiation Skills: Proven ability to manage credit cycles, payment collections, and high-value negotiations with major retail partners.
