Read more about this company Medical Laboratory Scientist Job Type Full Time Qualification BA/BSc/HND Experience 1 - 3 years Location Lagos , Ogun Job Field Medical / Healthcare   Job Summary We are seeking a qualified Medical Laboratory Scientist to conduct accurate clinical laboratory testing, support patient diagnosis and treatment, and maintain high standards of laboratory quality and safety. Key Responsibilities Perform routine and specialized laboratory tests on blood, tissues, and body fluids using standard procedures Operate, calibrate, and maintain laboratory equipment while monitoring quality control measures Ensure proper specimen handling, documentation, and reporting of test results Maintain a sterile laboratory environment and comply with safety, quality, and regulatory standards Support blood grouping, compatibility testing, and identification of infectious agents Manage laboratory inventory, prepare routine reports, and maintain confidentiality of patient information Requirements Bachelor’s Degree in Medical Laboratory Science (BMLS) Registration and a valid practicing license with the Medical Laboratory Science Council of Nigeria Minimum of one year of experience in a similar role.(NYSC are encouraged to apply) Strong documentation, quality management, and laboratory data management skills Attention to detail, accountability, and the ability to work effectively in a team. Salary N150,000 - N250,000 monthly.
