Key Responsibilities: Prepare and review monthly management accounts and financial reports Manage the general ledger, journals, and reconciliations Perform balance sheet reconciliations and variance analysis Support month-end and year-end close processes Account for rental income, lease agreements, and property-related transactions Assist with budgeting, forecasting, and cash flow analysis Maintain fixed asset registers and capex reporting Support internal and external audits and ensure compliance with IFRS standards

Job Experience and Skills Required: Education: BCom Accounting

Completed SAICA or SAIPA articles (essential) Experience:
