Assurer la livraison rapide, sécurisée et professionnelle des produits, commandes et documents entre le magasin, les clients et les partenaires, tout en représentant l’image de l’entreprise auprès de la clientèle. 2. Responsabilités principales

• Effectuer les livraisons de matériel, colis et documents selon les plannings définis.
• Vérifier la conformité des produits, quantités et adresses avant départ.
• Faire signer les bons de livraison et récupérer les justificatifs.
• Assurer le retour des règlements, factures signées ou bons de commande au siège.
• Maintenir la moto et les équipements en bon état (entretien courant, propreté).
• Signaler immédiatement tout incident, retard, panne ou accident.
• Respecter les règles de sécurité routière et les procédures internes de livraison.
• Fournir un service client irréprochable lors des interactions avec les clients (ponctualité, politesse, présentation).
• Aider ponctuellement à la préparation ou au chargement des commandes en magasin. 3.

Techniques :

• Connaissance du réseau routier de Dakar et environs.

• Capacité à manipuler et transporter du matériel fragile (audio, vidéo, électronique).

• Notions de base en logistique et en gestion de bons de livraison. Comportementales :

• Sens de la ponctualité et de la responsabilité.

• Bonne présentation et courtoisie.

• Rigueur, fiabilité et réactivité.

• Discrétion et honnêteté.

• Capacité à gérer le stress et à respecter les délais. 4.

• Niveau d’études : Minimum BEFM ou équivalent.

• Permis de conduire catégorie A obligatoire.

• Expérience souhaitée : 1 à 2 ans minimum dans un poste similaire.

• Bonne connaissance de Dakar et des environs.
