Accueil physique et téléphonique des clients pour les demandes de visas. Gestion administrative des dossiers clients. Tâches de comptabilité de base : encaissements, facturation, suivi des paiements. Gestion des réseaux sociaux : publication d'offres, réponse aux messages. Organisation de l'agenda et prise de rendez-vous.

Bac+2 minimum en secrétariat, gestion, administration ou communication. Maîtrise de Word, Excel, Canva et des réseaux sociaux. Rigueur, autonomie et capacité à travailler sous pression. Une expérience en agence de voyage est un atout.
