The Hotel Manager/Manageress is responsible for overseeing the overall operations of the hotel, ensuring excellent guest experience, efficient service delivery, and smooth day-to-day management. The role requires strong leadership, organizational ability, and a commitment to maintaining high hospitality standards.

Responsabilités

Oversee daily hotel operations to ensure efficiency and high service standards Supervise and coordinate all departments including front desk, housekeeping, and maintenance Ensure excellent customer service and promptly resolve guest complaints Manage staff performance, scheduling, and discipline where necessary Monitor budgets, expenses, and revenue to ensure profitability Ensure compliance with health, safety, and hospitality regulations Coordinate reservations, occupancy levels, and service delivery Maintain strong relationships with clients, partners, and stakeholders

Degree in any relevant field Minimum of 2+ years’ experience in administration, hotel operations, or hospitality management

Strong leadership and decision-making skills Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities Good organizational and problem-solving skill
