We are looking for an experienced Logistics Executive with 5-8 years of experience in the manufacturing sector to manage import/export operations, customs clearance activities, warehouse coordination, and inbound/outbound logistics. The candidate should possess strong knowledge of logistics operations, statutory compliance, and supply chain coordination to ensure smooth material movement and inventory management. Key Responsibilities Import & Export Operations Handle import and export documentation and coordination with freight forwarders, CHA, transporters, and shipping lines. Ensure timely customs clearance for imported and exported materials. Monitor shipment schedules and ensure timely delivery of materials.

Maintain compliance with customs regulations, DGFT requirements, and statutory norms. Coordinate with vendors, suppliers, and internal stakeholders for smooth execution of logistics activities. Customs Clearance Manage end-to-end customs clearance processes for imports and exports. Verify shipping documents such as Invoice, Packing List, Bill of Lading, BOE, COO, etc. Liaise with Customs House Agents (CHA) and government authorities for clearance activities. Ensure proper duty calculations and documentation compliance. Warehouse & Logistics Operations Manage warehouse operations including receipt, storage, dispatch, and inventory control. Ensure proper handling of inbound and outbound materials. Coordinate transportation and logistics activities for timely material movement. Monitor stock levels and support inventory reconciliation activities. Ensure adherence to safety standards and warehouse discipline. Coordination & Reporting Prepare logistics MIS reports and shipment status updates. Coordinate with production, procurement, stores, and finance teams for smooth operations. Identify process improvement opportunities to optimize logistics costs and efficiency. Required Qualifications Graduate in any discipline; Diploma/Degree in Logistics, Supply Chain, or Materials Management preferred. Experience Required

• 5-8 years of relevant experience in logistics, import/export, customs clearance, and warehouse operations within a manufacturing company.

Strong knowledge of import/export procedures and customs regulations. Experience in warehouse and inventory management. Good coordination and communication skills. Proficiency in MS Office and ERP systems (SAP/Oracle preferred). Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple logistics activities simultaneously. Preferred Candidate Profile Experience in manufacturing, chemical, engineering, or industrial sectors preferred. Good understanding of supply chain processes and transportation management. Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
