Read more about this company School Coding Instructor Job Type Full Time Qualification BA/BSc/HND Experience Location Oyo City Ibadan Job Field Education / Teaching / Training   , ICT / Computer   Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role based in Iwo for a School Coding Instructor at New Horizons. The instructor will be responsible for developing and delivering coding lessons for students at an Islamic school, ensuring a productive and engaging learning environment. Daily responsibilities include planning lessons, teaching coding principles and languages, assessing student progress, providing constructive feedback, and fostering a supportive and inclusive classroom atmosphere. Qualifications Proficiency in coding languages such as Python, JavaScript, or HTML/CSS Proficiency in embedded system and robotics is an added advantange Experience in instructional design, lesson planning, and classroom management Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a focus on mentoring and engagement Ability to adapt teaching methods to suit diverse learning styles and skill levels Familiarity with teaching coding to elementary and high school students is a plus Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Education, or a related field preferred Commitment to fostering an inclusive and respectful learning environment Possession of a teaching certification or relevant experience in educational settings is an added advantage Check how your CV aligns with this job Method of Application
