This role involves building relationships with private healthcare providers, understanding their financing needs, and designing replicable financing structures to unlock capital. The position requires strong analytical and problem-solving skills, as well as the ability to work independently in a remote environment. The Senior Associate will also engage with stakeholders to support high-impact health companies and develop innovative financing mechanisms. Bachelor’s or advanced degree in Business, Economics, Finance, or related field 4-7 years of experience in venture capital, growth equity, investment banking, or related fields Experience in deal execution and capital raising Prior experience in sub-Saharan Africa or emerging markets preferred Strong financial modeling and analysis skills Ability to work with complex financial data Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English Strong interpersonal and collaborative skills
