** Dans le cadre d’un projet chez notre client, nous recherchons un Facility Coordinator / General Services Coordinator pour un contrat de mission.

**

  • Assurer l’inspection et le suivi des installations du bureau
  • Assurer la gestion technique et la maintenance des installations du bureau
  • Assurer la coordination des prestataires et des fournisseurs
  • Assurer la gestion du nettoyage et des services associés du bureau
  • Assurer la gestion des déchets et le respect des normes environnementales**

**

  • 3 à 5 ans d’expérience minimum en gestion des services généraux, maintenance ou facility management
  • Expérience souhaitée dans un environnement industriel, tertiaire ou pétrolier/gazier
  • Bonne connaissance des équipements techniques du bâtiment
  • Maîtrise de la maintenance préventive et corrective
  • Bonne connaissance des normes HSE
  • Maîtrise d’Excel et de Power BI
  • Anglais obligatoireSecteur d’activité : Services généraux
