Le ou la juriste sera le garant légal de l'ensemble des opérations de la société. Il/elle assure la sécurité juridique des actes de l'entreprise, prévient les risques contentieux et veille à la stricte conformité des activités aux dispositions des actes uniformes de l'OHADA, au droit camerounais en vigueur ainsi qu'aux réglementations sectorielles applicables.
