This is a full-time, on-site role for a Visual Merchandising Assistant located in Johannesburg. In this role, you will be responsible for supporting the implementation of creative and impactful visual merchandising strategies in stores. Tasks include arranging in-store displays, maintaining brand consistency, assisting in seasonal store changes, and monitoring visual presentation standards. You will collaborate with store teams to ensure that merchandising efforts align with sales goals and customer engagement strategies.

Qualification in Graphic Design, Visual Communications, Interior Design, Retail Management, or related field. Minimum 3 years’ experience in visual merchandising within a fashion or apparel retail brand. Strong creative ability and attention to detail Experience with Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign) Ability to analyse sales and merchandising reports Basic understanding of retail trends and customer behavior Ability to work on-site and manage time effectively to meet deadlines Experience in fashion retail merchandising or similar roles is a plus Passion for fashion and brand representation is highly desirable Free.
