Sales & Partnerships Freelancer (Health Media Platform) Healthcare WellBeings Africa Home Based , South Africa Until 2026/07/22 Part time Fully remote Job description WellBeings Africa is a digital health news platform, based in South Africa. We are looking for a high-performing sales professional to drive advertising, sponsorship and partnership revenue across our growing health news and wellness platform. www.wellbeingsafrica.com We are looking for someone who is highly proactive, commercially sharp, relationship-driven and confident selling both B2B and B2C solutions. You must be able to quickly understand the WellBeings platform, audience and offering and turn that understanding into revenue opportunities. This is a remote freelance role with flexible working arrangements. Commission Structure: 50% commission split for the initial 6-month contract period Performance-driven role with significant growth opportunity Key Responsibilities: Identify and secure advertisers, sponsors and strategic partners Build relationships with health and wellness businesses and services, brands, companies Manage outreach, pitching, negotiations and client relationships Work across both B2B and consumer-facing opportunities Collaborate closely with the WellBeings team on sales strategy and opportunities Maintain 1x weekly check-in and responsive communication

Expérience

Strong sales and marketing experience essential Proven ability to close deals independently

Excellent communication and relationship management skills Self-managed and highly organised (minimal handholding required) Comfortable working remotely and taking initiative Experience in healthcare, wellness or media sales is advantageous Available to commit for 3–6 months, starting ASAP We are specifically looking for someone exceptional at sales, commercially intelligent, persuasive, strategic and genuinely confident building long-term client relationships.
