Demand Planner – Nestlé Cameroun
Nestlé, leader mondial de l’alimentation et des boissons, recrute un Demand Planner pour son site au Cameroun. En tant que membre de notre équipe, vous contribuerez à améliorer la qualité de vie et à bâtir un avenir plus sain.
Vos missions
- Élaborer, maintenir et améliorer un plan de demande pour un portefeuille de produits et de clients.
- Assurer l’alignement de ce plan avec les partenaires internes et externes via les processus de Planification Mensuelle des Affaires (MBP) et de Planification Collaborative.
- Collecter les informations et hypothèses sur les événements, promotions, lancements de produits et changements de distribution.
- Gérer le cycle de vie du portefeuille (nouveaux produits, changements d’emballage, phase-in/phase-out, arrêts) en collaboration avec les équipes transverses.
- Générer des prévisions statistiques via l’outil Open Source et maintenir les volumes dans SAP.
- Animer le processus MBP pour atteindre un plan de demande consensuel, alimentant la prévision dynamique.
- Diplôme minimum : Bac+3 en commerce, gestion ou équivalent.
- Expérience : 3 à 5 ans d’expérience opérationnelle en planification commerciale, prévision dynamique ou supply chain, au niveau business ou marché.
- Compétences : maîtrise d’Excel et des outils Microsoft Office ; connaissance de SAP et Power BI (certification appréciée).
- Langues : anglais et français courants (écrit et oral).
- Qualités : analytique, proactif.
