Agro-Bay Sarl recrute un Technicien en Agriculture pour son site à Yabassi, dans la région du Littoral.

Le technicien sera chargé de la gestion de l'activité agricole, contribuera aux activités d'élevage, assurera le management des équipes de fermiers, et effectuera le reporting et la documentation.

Nous recherchons un Technicien Supérieur avec une spécialisation en technique agricole et en technique d'élevage. Le candidat doit justifier d'un Bac + 2 en technique agricole, d'une solide expérience dans les techniques agricoles (minimum 2 ans), ainsi que d'une expérience dans le management d'équipes. Il doit être capable de vivre sur le site, parler et écrire couramment le français ou l'anglais, et maîtriser parfaitement le pack Microsoft (Word, Excel, PowerPoint). Le permis A et B est un atout.
