Il s’agit de termes de référence relatifs au recrutement d’un second commissaire aux comptes ainsi que de deux commissaires aux comptes suppléants. Cette mission s’inscrit dans le cadre du renforcement de la gouvernance financière et du contrôle des comptes d’une structure basée en Guinée, conformément aux exigences légales et réglementaires applicables. Les candidats retenus seront chargés de missions d’audit, de certification des états financiers et de contrôle de la régularité des comptes, en garantissant la conformité aux normes comptables et d’audit en vigueur.
