Chargé de Contentieux (Litigation Officer)
Equity BCDC S.A recrute un Chargé de Contentieux pour son bureau de Kinshasa.
Missions : Au sein de l'équipe juridique, vous serez en charge de la gestion des dossiers contentieux, de la représentation de la banque devant les juridictions, et du suivi des procédures judiciaires. Vous contribuerez à la réduction des risques juridiques et à la protection des intérêts de l'établissement.

** Vous justifiez d'une expérience significative en contentieux bancaire ou judiciaire. Une bonne connaissance du droit des affaires et des procédures civiles est requise. Rigueur, sens de l'analyse et capacité à travailler sous pression sont indispensables.
