Veterinary Services Manager - Abidjan

We are seeking a Veterinary Services Manager to join our dynamic team. This strategic role involves proactively managing relationships with poultry farms and key industry stakeholders, as well as effectively promoting our veterinary products through on-the-ground technical support and marketing activities. The successful candidate will also be responsible for providing technical support to distributors, developing innovative sales strategies to increase our market share in Côte d'Ivoire, and delivering on-the-ground technical support to farmers and distributors to ensure optimal adoption of our solutions.

Establish and strengthen relationships with poultry farms and key industry players to foster collaboration and growth. Conduct technical marketing and promotional activities in the field to enhance and differentiate our veterinary products to potential and existing customers. Provide operational support to distributors, including product positioning, technical training, and sales activation to maximize their performance. Develop and implement targeted sales strategies to increase regional market share, based on in-depth market and opportunity analysis.

Conduct technical presentations, organize site visits, and perform product demonstrations to enhance customer knowledge and encourage adoption of our solutions. To provide operational technical support to breeders and distributors, by quickly resolving product-related problems and ensuring their optimal use. Organize regular site visits to assess product performance, gather feedback, and adjust actions accordingly. Maintain a structured sales pipeline by using effective CRM tools to track leads, opportunities, and sales closing. Document all interactions with clients, ensure rigorous follow-up, and guarantee continuity of actions to strengthen client relationships and accountability.
