Rattaché(e) à la Responsable d’exploitation, le/la Commercial(e) Terrain aura pour

de développer les ventes des produits de l’entreprise sur le terrain, d’assurer la fidélisation de la clientèle existante et de contribuer activement à la notoriété de la marque. L’entreprise évolue dans le domaine des vitamines, protéines et compléments alimentaires naturels, destinés notamment aux sportifs et aux personnes soucieuses de leur bien-être.

• Prospecter et développer un portefeuille de clients (pharmacies, magasins bio, HORECA, supérettes, salles de sport, grandes surfaces, etc.) ;
• Présenter, promouvoir et vendre les produits, selon la politique commerciale de l’entreprise ;
• Assurer un suivi régulier des clients et entretenir une relation de confiance durable ;
• Identifier les besoins du marché et remonter les informations terrain à l’équipe d’exploitation ;
• Participer à la mise en place d’actions promotionnelles et à la visibilité de la marque (animations, événements, démonstrations) ;
• Collaborer étroitement avec la production, la comptabilité et la direction pour garantir un bon déroulement du cycle de vente ;
• Assurer un reporting hebdomadaire des activités commerciales (prospection, ventes, feedback clients) ; Composition de l’équipe : 1 Responsable de production, 1 Responsable d’exploitation, 1 Comptable, 1 Commercial déjà présent. Profil Compétences et qualités requises :
