Emergency Response Project Coordinator

The Emergency Response Project Coordinator at the Danish Refugee Council is responsible for the quality implementation of the 'Localised RRM' project in the Northwest region of Cameroon. This role involves programmatic management, partnership management, grant management, and support services management. The coordinator will ensure effective communication and coordination with local partners, beneficiaries, and other stakeholders while overseeing project documentation and compliance. The position requires strong leadership, communication skills, and the ability to work under pressure in challenging environments. 5 years of humanitarian work experience 1 year of experience with local national actors in emergency projects Experience in cash transfers and protection activities Proficiency in Microsoft Office and communication tools University degree in Social Sciences, Economics, or related field Fluent in English; French and local language knowledge is a plus Strong communication and analytical skills Ability to work under pressure and in difficult conditions
