Vos missions :
Opérations & Administration :
Préparer les devis, contrats et offres commerciales
Assurer le suivi des commandes véhicules
Gérer la facturation et le suivi des paiements
Effectuer les déclarations administratives obligatoires (impôts, obligations fiscales et sociales)
Suivre les dossiers administratifs (immatriculation, conformité)
Produire des reportings réguliersDéveloppement commercial :
Prospecter les entreprises, ONG et institutions
Identifier les besoins en mobilité (flottes)
Organiser des rendez-vous commerciaux
Suivre le pipeline clients
Participer à la conclusion des ventesCoordination :
Suivi des livraisons de véhicules
Coordination avec les fournisseurs et garages
Support au service après-vente

Le Chargé(e) d’Opérations & Développement est responsable de la supervision des opérations quotidiennes et de l'optimisation des processus pour atteindre les objectifs stratégiques de l'organisation. Ses principales responsabilités incluent : A. Opérations & Administration Préparer les devis, contrats et offres commerciales Assurer le suivi des commandes véhicules Gérer la facturation et le suivi des paiements Assurer les déclarations administratives obligatoires : Impôts Obligations fiscales et sociales Suivre les dossiers administratifs (immatriculation, conformité) Produire des reportings réguliers B.
