Formations et certifications de base — Si vous avez suivi une formation en premiers secours, en procédures incendie, en gestion de foule ou en protection des personnes (même courte), mentionnez-la avec la date. Ces formations basiques font souvent la différence entre deux candidats comparables — et elles montrent votre engagement professionnel.
