The HR Assistant will support day‑to‑day human resource operations, ensuring smooth coordination of recruitment, onboarding, employee records, and HR administrative tasks. The role involves assisting with interviews, maintaining HR databases, preparing HR documents, and supporting employee engagement activities. The ideal candidate is organized, detail‑oriented, and able to maintain confidentiality while working in a fast‑paced environment. Job Responsibilities Support recruitment activities including job postings, screening, and interview scheduling Maintain and update employee records and HR databases Assist with onboarding and orientation of new hires Prepare HR documents such as contracts, memos, and reports Support employee engagement and welfare initiatives Handle HR inquiries and provide administrative support to the HR department
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resource Management or related field
1–2 years HR or administrative experience
Strong organizational and communication skills Ability to maintain confidentiality Proficiency in MS Office and HR software
