Read more about this company Fleet Officer Job Type Full Time Qualification BA/BSc/HND Experience 2 - 5 years Location Job Field Logistics   Salary Range ₦200,000 - ₦300,000/month We are looking for a Fleet Officer to manage the company’s vehicles and support daily fleet operations. The ideal candidate should be organized, smart, detail-oriented, and good with Microsoft Office tools, Excel and Outlook. The role also requires strong documentation, reporting, and coordination skills to ensure smooth fleet operations. Responsibilities Monitor daily vehicle and fleet activities. Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly fleet reports. Ensure all fleet documents are properly filled, filed and uploaded. Keep records of vehicle maintenance, insurance, licenses, and other fleet-related documents. Track vehicle servicing, repairs, and fuel usage. Coordinate vehicle maintenance and follow up when necessary. Work with drivers, vendors, and service providers to ensure smooth operations. Support general administrative and operational tasks related to the fleet. Requirements HND/Bachelor’s Degree in a related field. 2–5 years experience in fleet, logistics, or operations support. Good knowledge of Microsoft Excel and Outlook. Good documentation and reporting skills. Smart, organized, and able to pay attention to details. Good communication and problem-solving skills. Ability to manage tasks effectively and work under pressure.
