Candidate Requirements:

Secondary education completion

Desirable degree in economics, administration, or related fields

4 years of experience in rural project implementation

3 years in value chain analysis and market access

3 years in technical support for productive organizations

Experience with civil society actors

Knowledge of national agricultural production structure

Computer skills (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)

Fluency in Spanish, intermediate English preferred
