Nous recrutons un Chargé d'Affaires pour notre équipe basée à Dakar, Sénégal. Le poste est à pourvoir dès que possible.

Connaître le marché et l'environnement concurrentiel, bâtir un plan d'action commercial, analyser les forces et faiblesses, valoriser les avantages concurrentiels, positionner l'offre, optimiser le processus de vente, fidéliser le portefeuille client, travailler le plan de communication, inclure la négociation, utiliser un CRM, participer aux appels d'offres.
Planifier l'action commerciale : tenir à jour la liste des clients, enrichir le fichier de prospects, assurer une veille permanente sur la situation des marchés. Réaliser de la prospection commerciale pour établir des prises de contact, suivre les prospects, identifier les décideurs et leur présenter une offre adaptée. Rencontrer les clients sur le terrain et démarcher de nouveaux prospects. Faire le point régulièrement avec la hiérarchie et évaluer les résultats par rapport aux objectifs.
Gérer le portefeuille : suivi client, vérification du respect des clauses contractuelles,
