Médecins du Monde recherche un(e) Coordinateur(trice) Pays pour sa mission au Sénégal. Sous la responsabilité générale de la mission, vous dirigerez la stratégie de l'organisation et assurerez un suivi et une coordination étroits avec tous les départements pour garantir une exécution fluide et opportune des programmes, ainsi qu'un soutien opérationnel adapté au contexte, aux normes et aux exigences de MdM et des bailleurs de fonds. Vous veillerez à l'alignement et au respect du Plan Stratégique de MdM et serez responsable de la sécurité des équipes sur le terrain.

Expérience avérée en coordination de missions humanitaires, maîtrise des enjeux de sécurité, capacité à piloter une stratégie et à coordonner des équipes pluridisciplinaires.
